Practical skills are in the areas of Financial Management mainly in Monitoring and evaluation, financial accountability, Value for money audits etc. He has done a lot of work in the said areas and handled financial management for the following projects among others: Norwegian Agency for International Development Institutional Support to Makerere University, Carnegie Corporation of New York Support, THRiVE and he has been a chairperson of THRiVE Finance Committee that brought together all Finance Officers of the seven participating institutions in East Africa.
