THRiVE is pleased to announce the upcoming PhD defense for Dr. Daniel Semakula, the Information and Knowledge Translation officer. This defense is scheduled to happen on December 2 2020 via zoom at 12:15PM. Dr. Semakula will defend his dissertation titled: “Improving critical thinking about treatment claims, evidence and choices. Development and evaluation of an intervention to improve the ability of parents of primary school children in Uganda to critically appraise the trustworthiness of claims about treatment effects and make informed health choices.”
